The Internship in Brewing Science is a supervised practical work experience with a brewing or brewing-related industry, program or governmental agency to gain professional experience and insight into career opportunities. Production design, compositional analysis, and sensory evaluation of barley, malt, hops, water, yeast and beer. Corequisite: Lab component.
