The Internship in Brewing Science is a supervised practical work experience with a brewing or brewing-related industry, program or governmental agency to gain professional experience and insight into career opportunities. Prerequisite: BREWCP students only. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer)

BREW 4573. Production Design and Analysis of Beer. 3 Hours.

Production design, compositional analysis, and sensory evaluation of barley, malt, hops, water, yeast and beer. Corequisite: Lab component. Prerequisite: FDSC 2723, BIOL 2013, BIOL 2011L & ((CHEM 2613 & CHEM 2611L) or (CHEM 3603, CHEM 3601L, CHEM 3613, & CHEM 3613L)). (Typically offered: Spring Odd Years)
