  1. The instructor for this course will be located on the Fayetteville campus. He/She will be broadcast at the scheduled class meeting time. The student is required to login to attend class virtually at the scheduled meeting day/times OR attend in person at the scheduled room/time. The Fall 2019 meeting dates for this class are: Aug 26, Sep 9, Sep 23 and last meeting tbd in last week of Oct 7.

    Remote video streaming students must have access to a small UAS weighing more than .55 pounds and capable of autonomous flight using Tower, Drone Deploy, DJI Go/4, Ground Station Pro or similar programs and have first person view camera with record capability. Students must meet the requirements to become an FAA unmanned aircraft system pilot found at: https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started/fly_for_work_business/becoming_a_pilot/. Students must pass the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam and receive their temporary certificate no later than week 7 of the course in order to proceed to the practical exam. The exam fee is approximately $150. Students requiring any accommodation must check with the instructor prior to enrolling.
